Hood River, Oregon is the perfect location for a summer wedding in the Pacific Northwest. Erin & Bill tied the knot on a crisp, August evening at Mt. View Orchards, with the majestic Mt. Hood silhouette as the backdrop.
The intimate celebration included so many personal reflections of the couple. They released monarch butterflies after they said ‘I Do,’ had two adorable pups accompany their family down the aisle, and had handmade custom wood signage.
Hard apple cider made at the orchard was served to guests upon arrival, and fresh fruit was given as favors at the end of the evening. Between rows of apple trees, the rustic pavilion was filled with picnic tables adorned with hand-designed centerpieces of dahlias, grown by Bill’s mom. Koi Fusion traveled from Portland, serving up the couple’s favorite food truck bites as guests mingled, toasted champagne, and danced under string lights. The night did not end there - with an after party to follow at the Historic Hood River Hotel. Guests rode out in style in a sparkly gold bus, provided by Shanghai Portland.
This sweet, summer wedding was one of our favorites, and we are so happy for Erin & Bill. Cheers to the newlyweds!
